Breaking Through To Burnt-Out Frontline Workers
Frontline workers often feel stuck in roles with limited growth opportunities. A large portion of this audience was never able to access higher learning and have found themselves working salary jobs with tremendous time demands and unpredictable schedules, leaving little for their family or themselves. Our task was to reach this audience with a new solution in a period when they needed options; the holidays.
